Here at Pelvitone Physical Therapy, we are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not accept most insurances. We choose to be an out-of-network provider in order to not be limited by insurance companies and their rules/constraints. This allows us to totally tailor treatments to what you need, rather than working towards metrics, billing codes, and specific diagnoses that insurance companies deem necessary. This gives us the time and space to provide you with the highest quality care so that you can get better in a fraction of the time that you would with seeing an insurance provider.
However, we can provide you with a “Super Bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for for direct out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement will vary according to the terms of your insurance policy, which we encourage you to verify with your insurance company prior to your first visit
Insurance accepted: Triwest
Evaluations: Your first visit will be a 60 minute, one on one session with your therapist. A full body assessment will be conducted in order to get the best picture of what is going on. Your therapist will then explain your prognosis and come up with a treatment plan for you.
Follow up sessions: Follow up sessions are also 60 minutes and one on one with your therapist. You will have the same therapist throughout your course of treatment. The session will include what your body needs that day and will ideally be a progression of your previous sessions.
Packages: We offer packages including 6 sessions or 10 sessions which are follow up visits only (initial evaluation not included in package pricing). This gives a discount on follow up visits. Packages are paid in full at time of purchase and are completely non-refundable, no exceptions.
